"Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. It took just a second to open the interior locked bathroom, but the person stared silently when I asked how to avoid it in the future. They charged $350 for a job that should’ve been around $150 or less and refused to answer questions or unlock anything until paid. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear if the payment was going to the company or personally. Felt like they were trying to trap us into paying more."

"Incredibly overpriced and rude. Took 1 second to open an interior locked bathroom lock, stayed silent and stared at me when asked how to prevent this in the future. Charged $250 for what should have been $100 or less. Wouldn’t unlock or even answer questions until paid. Clearly wants us to get stuck in this situation again so he can force us to pay more. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear to us if this was a legitimate payment for the company or something going into his own pocket."
