"I went over there to buy myself a pair of penny loafers. When I went to the store, they just quickly made me buy something and then I got scammed. I spent 140$ on these shoes and they were horrible I don't recommend at all worst shoes I ever got."

"What a great store. Have been in the market for new dress shoes, and couldn't find anything. Avenue J has a very nice selection, as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend Avenue J shoes to anyone!"

"I found them via google- the reviews were rather good but the service was better than expected. They spent about 30 minutes with me trying on 6-7 pairs... I wear a 15 wide so finding shoes is difficult but I ended up walking out with 2 pairs and will gladly make the trip next time I need shoes!"

"Wow! what a great shoe store! I've been going here for the past 10 years and never once have I ever regretted buying my shoes. The trick is their service, you don't go to them they'll come to you! The staff is knowledge about all their products, and attend to your personal styles and needs Now the price isnt cheap, because this is a real shoe store, they carry mostly dress shoes, and only have top quality products Next time you need a pair of shoes, I'd highly recommend it!"
