"We have a classic Artemide lamp that broke after many years of use. It took a bit of time to track down how to repair it but once we made contact with the store they put us in touch with their Long Island, NY, repair service. We were blown away with how beautiful the old lamp came back to us - in perfect working order, all clean and shiny, and even with a new, fancy bulb. Plus, the service put our work on the front burner when they knew we had a rush situation. Very happy! Thank you!"

"Our interior designer purchased the Skydro flushmount for our home and we loved the design. Unfortunately, the brackets that attach the flushmount to the ceiling are poorly designed and the weight of the center piece causes it to fall repeatedly (multiple times per day). There are tethers that stop the piece from crashing to the floor, but after so many falls eventually the tethers snapped. When we asked Artemide for a replacement they blamed our electrician for the installation and said they had never had an issue. If you've looked at Artemide reviews elsewhere you know that they have lots of design issues. After weeks of going back and forth, they agreed to send us new brackets to reattach the light. Rather than air them to us they put them on a boat from Italy and they took three months to arrive. This was bothersome because we have paid an electrician to install the light, uninstall it, and then eventually reinstall it and yet Artemide can't be bothered to put an 8 oz package on a plane to rectify a design flaw (we had exposed wires in our dining room for nearly 4 months as a result). When they finally arrived there were only 3 clips, not 4. So, now we have to navigate another Artemide failure. This is a poorly designed product and an even worse managed company. Unfortunately, the beauty of their product isn't worth the hassle of dealing with awful Artemide customer service and poor engineering."

"Horrible customer service. I called multiple times and wrote several emails, trying to fix a lamp (Artemide Megaron) where likely the dimmer was no longer functional. They had absolutely no clue what to do about it and were unable to suggest the best way to deal with the problem (come to store with lamp vs, ship it to their repair location (apparently not in Manhattan), vs. order dimmer and have installed locally). I was told to send photos to an email address, which I did, yet no response despite 2 additional reminders. Don't even try to get anything done there, it will just be a waste of your time. HORRIBLE."

"Awful! They never informed me anything prior to the sale that there will be a freight charge. They charged me an astronomic amount of: 750.00 just for delivery. fter going back and fourth and involved my Credit Card company I never got any reasonable responds from them. Other then: "This is our policy"... Crazy and Ridicules is not even the word!"
