"I recently visited Ariemma’s Garden Center in Staten Island and had a very upsetting experience regarding my service animal. Upon arrival, I was told that I could only enter if I carried my service dog. I attempted to calmly explain the ADA regulations, which do not require service animals to be carried and specifically state that they must be allowed to accompany their handler on foot. Despite this, the staff member insisted that I still needed to carry the dog and claimed that because there were “no identifying markers,” the dog wasn’t a service animal. This comment showed a clear lack of understanding of ADA law, as service animals are not required to wear any special vests, tags, or identification. When I tried again to explain the law and clarify the situation, the staff member became verbally aggressive—raising his voice and making the situation feel hostile and threatening. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. This experience left me feeling disrespected, discriminated against, and unsafe. I genuinely hope the management chooses to educate their staff on ADA requirements and how to interact appropriately with customers who rely on service animals. Needless to say I did not spend my money here. Amazon wins again. Possible law suite to follow."

"Over priced piles of plastic in here. You can get everything in this place on Amazon for cheaper. Christmas isn’t the same anymore these days tbh over here. They do have nice wreathes and things for decorations if you need something asap. I wouldn’t waste the money here though. We’ve all been hurting the last few years and this city keeps trying to snatch every penny we have."

"The shop was beautifully decorated, with a wide variety of flowers and plants on display. It was clear that the staff took great care in selecting and arranging their products, as each bouquet and arrangement was unique and stunning. The staff at the flower shop were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my preferences and offered their expert advice on the best flowers and arrangements for my needs. They were also happy to accommodate special requests and provide customized arrangements to suit my specific tastes."

"This is my to go place for seedling for my vegetable garden. The small pack of seedlings 🌱 of cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, herbs starts from 2.25 and up depending if you select organic or regular. They have different kinds of flowers and garden materials etc. Very convenient. Almost all seedlings held up fine and start producing already on time."

"Some of the most beautiful, healthy flowers and plant you can find! Everything is gorgeous, I spent some time in there losing track of the hour pretending I was in a secret garden in the back. Extremely polite and helpful owners, ask them anything. If you're a novice at gardening like I am then they're your guys. Definitely worth going to!"
