"HORRENDOUS. This place is a complete disaster - I should have known the moment I walked in. Clothes are piled on top of each other, leaving barely any room to walk, and there is no system of organization. Good luck to you if you bring in anything of value because the likelihood is that it will just end up buried in a pile — exactly what happened to me. Dropped off two simple items to be altered (sleeve shortening and taking a pair of pants in at the waist) and was told to call Monday at 9am to schedule pickup time. I did as I was told, and when I arrived, Ardian scrambled around looking for my clothing. After a few minutes he showed me items that were someone else’s and after a few more moments, he admitted he hadn’t even started. These items were needed for my wedding and by a certain deadline, which I explicitly stated. I even asked if he was able to alter in time before committing, to which he replied, “yes.” Thank you, Ardian, for the immense stress and anguish you have caused. I am headed to my wedding with two critical items left untouched. Thank you for the massive waste of time and effort. I urge all to take your business elsewhere — to someone who cares for your clothing and respects your time."

"I've had the best experience at Adrian's. Tucked away in the West Village, I've now been to him a few times for dress alterations. One of my favorite pieces was transformed beautifully—reshaped to be more form-fitting and the perfect length. The work was done promptly, priced reasonably, and tailored with precision. I couldn’t recommend Adrian enough! And he is as sweet as can be."

"Ardian always does a great job and has a lot of experience. Definitely a nice local shop that we’ve brought things like tuxes, suits, button downs, jeans, and more over the years. He takes measurements very well and the items always fit perfectly! Recommend Ardian as a tailor!"

"I was lucky enough to stumble into Ardian’s shop and am so happy I did! He is hands down the best tailor I’ve ever worked with. My clothes fit me perfectly! He listened to every concern I had and did an incredible job! I would trust him with any project Edit: He did it again! Turned a patch work skirt I brought in to an amazing pair of pants!!
