"I visited the store today. It was really cute, but the saleswoman (tall, curly hair, her name started with a f I think) that helped me was super aggressive, unkind, super stand offish, and seemed a little dismissive once I said I had to think about the purchase. Anine Bing is not cheap and I just wanted to make a good decision. I got the sense that she was new, but that is no excuse for being so unwelcoming. Will not be back and if I do anyone else can help me, will be telling all my friends to watch out!"

"It looks like there hasn't been an up to date review in a while here so I wanted to add that I had a fantastic experience here. The associates were very welcoming and non judgemental towards me. I wanted to try on a pair of trousers and so the associate went down to get them. They didn't work out for me but the associates were still friendly even though I did not end up buying anything. Would definitely recommend this location if you like Anine Bing!"

"Horrible customer service. We visited the store near Central Park to purchase the “New York” sweatshirt, but they were out of the size we were looking for. They then called this store on Bleecker St. who had the right size in stock and asked them to hold it for us until the end of the next day. Next morning we traveled to this store to pick up the shirt only to be told that they had sold it since they thought “they had already held it for more than a full day”. They had not. It had barely been 24 hours and we were specifically told that we had until the end of the day. Don’t offer to set aside items if you don’t have a system that makes sure you don’t cheat your customers, it shouldn’t be that hard. We traveled all the way to this store for nothing and they didn’t offer any solution or compensation, they were barely sorry. Don’t set your foot in here."

"I bought $499 booties that are so uncomfortable they not only hurt, they injured my feet. I purchased online when i saw a blogger wearing and advertising them. I wore them once to feel they fit awfully, they were overly narrow, tight, and hurt my feet so much i couldn never wear them again. I wrote to customer service and was told since they are worn (it is very clear by the shoes though they were worn, it is very clear they were only worn once, not worn out...) and it has been more than 14 days there is nothing they can do. I dont always wear booties when its still 70 degrees, i received them and they sat in box in my closet until it got chilly enough to wear them. I purchased in my normal size -for $499 I definetely expect comfort (Stuart Weitzman) and customer service that stands by its product. I didnt ask for refund but i did offer to send the booties back to them as i wasnt going to be wearing them again. Waste of money Dissapointing customer service approach Will never buy this brand again Beware, their shoes are not a good fit and not comfortable!"

"Ana and Natalie are wonderful! Helpful & friendly, they make your shopping experience a real pleasure. The store is set up so that one can see everything easily; modern but not sparse, clean lines, yet warm & inviting. And the clothes and accessories are so up-to-date, classic pieces with an edge, and great quality. LOVE!"
