"I needed new rubber tips on my heels and I was charged $45, which is exorbitant. He charges too much. Would not recommend just leaving your shoes without getting a price first..highway robbery"

"Took my Carlos Santos Handgrade shoes to fix since it made a squeaky sound from the sole. I ended up paying $110 just for him to add rubber sole protectors and heel taps without fixing the problem. He claimed that he fixed the squeaky sound but was never fixed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There is however another shop that I highly recommend right of 3rd Av and 43rd st ( eventually got my shoes fixed here for a much more reasonable price)."

"My ugg slippers needed to be cleaned and resoled. They were available for pick up after 48 hours. I was charged $55 which I thought was very reasonable. Fabulous customer service, 10/10 recommend. Will be returning."

"Had a big event this week and dropped off 4 shoes to get polished and repaired. They were very nice and generous and was able to repair and shine all four shoes within 24 hours. Dropped off flats, heels, sandals, and oxfords! They clean Guidi shoes and add vibram soles. Definitely recommend!"
