"So smart. I used to buy new boots every other year ($200 each)…. Now I just take them to be resoled instead! It still costs but way less than new boots plus it’s less waste for our landfills. Very fast."

"The zipper on my husband‘s leather jacket lost its pull tab and then the slider got out of whack and hopelessly jammed. (He had to take the jacket off over his head!) I brought the jacket here to see if they could fix it and they did a perfect job in under an hour. They replaced the slider with one that seems to match perfectly."

"This business is (unfortunately)absolutely unreliable and inconsistent. I just took boots to get resoled (that I have taken to this store 3 times in the past for $50 each time) and was told this time it was $95. Same service, now $45 more. When pressed as to why, I was told it was because the work needed was “more than last time.” Even though the last place to resole my shoes was this same store? My husband is extremely loyal to this store, as it’s in our neighborhood and we have only ever had good experiences in the past. Very upset to be upsold and lied to by a local business I would love to continue to support but I will now be shopping elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
