"Do NOT shop here if you want your things. Let me set a time line, End of June I ordered a closet for my room, and it was expected to deliver on July 3. July 1 they call and tell me that it will be delayed a week, although annoyed I let it slide. Then the next week, July 10 I was expecting the closet. They didn't call me until the day of to delay it another week. Today, they didn't call me until AFTER closing time so I couldn't call back. After they claimed that we will 100% get it on July 17th, after I dismantled and moved away my closet, I was informed by carlos that I would not be getting my closet today. The customer service is horrible, we can not even get confirmed dates, the delivery service is terrible. The price is too expensive, this place is bad. I will be filing a complaint to the office of consumer affairs and better business bureau nyc."

"Amazing experience. Walked in and out in 10 minutes due to amazing customer service. We liked a couch on the floor but not the color, and the employee helped us find a comparable one in the dark gray we wanted. Flexible on delivery and it came right at the top of the delivery window. They brought it to our room and set it up quickly and beautifully. I will get all of my furniture here!"

"I love Luxury Design Furniture Store! I was having a hard time finding the right furniture for my apartment and this place was phenomenal at helping me choose the right ones. The owner Ali was so patient & knowledgeable and the delivery workers delivered my furniture with care & ease. I recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture at a reasonable price. The service I received was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment."

"BEWARE - Store Manager and Workers are money hungry and will rip you off! I went to purchase a bed from this store and picked one out. The Arabic salesman said it was $950. I said okay, I’ll pay with credit card. He kept pressing me for cash, so I gave him $100 and told him to charge $600 on the card. He was like, do you have more cash? I said I’ll pay the balance in cash once the bed is delivered. He proceed to say “why wait, just put all of it on the card.” He kept insisting this until I told him that I do not feel okay with paying the full amount until the item is delivered. I showed my family a photo of the bed that night and they did not like it at all. So the next day, I went to the store and asked to change to a different bed. He said he cannot give any refunds, only store credit. Since I did not like any of the beds they had in store, I decided to purchase a loveseat instead. The loveseat was $600. I asked if I can have the $100 back since I had paid a total of $700 for the bed, but he repeatedly informed me that they do not give the money back under any circumstances. There was nothing in the store worth $100 so I was forced to take store credit. I have never encountered a money hungry predators like this. One would think that as a business, they would care about the customer and abide by better business standards, but they really are con artists. This establishment just wants your money, does not care about you as a customer, and if you have the misfortune of buying furniture from them, understand that you will not see a single dollar back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"They are totally fraud....i bought a sofa bed they told me give us new ,but they give us display one and it was, when I told them they were disaggre with me and when I show them photo of that they told me they gonna replacement it' , they want few days but they don't show up always tell lie and break commitment, when I go back the store and ask them what's going on , Spanish guy carlos tell me he don't know , no money back or replacement,,, before that's several times I call them always say s the delivery guys out for delivery they took several attempt like 7 to 10 days but they don't show up.. I am going to call consumer affairs department they will take care of it. They always cheat with the customer..I stongly recommend nobody buy anything from them..."
