The issue was resolved swiftly, and I even received a personal, handwritten note from the designer. It's clear that Ama Nwoke prioritizes both product quality and customer satisfaction! I've been eyeing several popular mainstream designer bags for a while, saving up to buy one. Then, I saw this bag pop up on my TikTok FYP, and I instantly fell in love. My order arrived quickly, and the packaging was BEAUTIFUL, truly a luxury experience. The handwritten note that came with it added a personal touch that made it even more special. I hope they release this bag in more colors soon!"

"I love this bag! 😍 I was scrolling on IG one day, and saw a video review of the bag and I was thoroughly intrigued . I purchased it the same day and hoped for the best. 😁 When the box arrived, I was immediately impressed with the packaging of the bag. The hand written note was heartfelt and sweet. The presentation gave off a luxury vibe and this is definitely a Luxury bag! The quality of leather and craftsmanship is superb 👌🏾I love how the handles fold into the bag and that the strap is long and adjustable👍🏾 I can go on and on. The bottoms line is that this is an amazing purse and I’m so happy I have it. ❤️"

"I had a slight issue with the delivery of my bag however Ama was attentive and readily willing to aid in the resolution my issue. The quality of my bag was amazing and the color is stunning. Since receiving my bag I’ve worn it daily, both dressed up and dressed down.
