"Two days ago I called this SOHO location to check if they had the model that I was looking for. The person on the phone was very friendly and cooperative which is something that I have not been so lucky with lately. This afternoon I was personally at the store and they had already reserved the sneakers so that I could try them. Two people attended to my needs since one of my feet has a hurt. They took their time to offer me other models which maybe could be more comfortable and never complained that I was taking time trying all of them. It is their flagship location so I could check all the amazing styles and colors that they carry. I will definetly return there and will send friends their way, Congrats staff of the SOHO store !"

"Extremely disappointed in my Allbirds Courier women shoe purchase. I bought a new pair in Jan 2025 for $100 and it started wearing out a month later (see photos). I’ve heard such good reviews about Allbirds but this is my first and last purchase from this brand."

"I recently contacted Allbirds regarding their sneakers. I began to experience that the material part which has stretched out of shape. In addition, the support at the back part was so loose that my foot was not straight on the sneaker. I contacted their customer service who asked many questions and followed up questions which I took the time to respond. Their response was "Our products begin to show wear at different lengths of time depending on the person, what types of activities they're worn in, how someone's fit sit within their shoes, etc." All I did was walk with them! Never had a sneaker stretch to the point it will ruin my feet. They said that they could offer me $20. Sorry Allbirds, thought that the product failure would be handled better than this."

"One of the best services I’ve experienced in New York so far. Attentive, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean and spacious with great seating to try on the shoes. I ended up buying the Tree Runner NZ, and wore them straight away. I’ve just walked 15km in them straight (tourist in New York!) and they were so comfy. I have wider feet and the fit was no problem for me. Big thanks to the manager of the store who really helped me out with my purchase."

"Probably the worst pair of shoes I've ever purchased. I'm a size 8.5 women's, kind of on the narrow side in general. These shoes are so tight and pinch my feet in multiple weird places. There is also very poor traction. I almost slipped in my kitchen which is hardwood flooring and my garage which is concrete. This was in only 5 minutes of wear. I wish I could exchange these for something that might be better or be more comfortable but i was told "no can do". Which is too bad because they are expensive shoes. Do not recommend"
