"Got locked out of my apartment tonight. Keys in hand, the lock itself seemed to be stuck, but with a quick call All Security Locksmiths saved the day. They answered right away and came straight over. Tony got me back into the apartment in legit two minutes flat, was able to explain what the problem was, filing down the part of the door frame that was causing the snag. "We recently moved into a new home in Brooklyn and had All Security out to change the locks. Francis was amazing! He was prompt, knowledgable and skillfully replaced 3 locks, putting them on a single key in an hour. Likewise, Tim was great organizing the work and responding promptly to any and all questions. "I visited the storefront at 9.45 am today. An appointment was made to replace the cylinder in my deadbolt lock later in the day between 2 and 4 pm. I rang around noon to ask how many keys would come with the new cylinder and was told 2. When I asked if 2 more could be sent, I was told no problem. At 2.45 a very lovely locksmith named Tony replaced the cylinder and gave me 4 keys. I have a very security-conscious dog. Tony didn't flinch at all and thanked me for going into the other room with my barking dog. She calmed down quickly thanks to Tony's good aura. I paid in cash and tipped Tony $20 for a job very well done. I recommend this business without hesitation and will replace my doorknob lock soon through them."
