"I had gone to so many showrooms to purchase a shower kit for my renovated tub, but no one was able to provide me what I was looking for. Out of mini-desperation because I was in a time crunch, I cold-called AF Supply (the Manhattan location) and was connected with Marisela. Marisela was an absolute patience saint, walking me through the website to select all of my components, sight unseen. Not only did she put in the order so quickly, she always is available to help on the phone and went above and beyond to ensure I received the fixtures quickly. Use AF Supply and ask for Marisela!! The most excellent customer service from her and thank you Marisela!"

"I worked with a fabulous Decorator, Mrs. Shirley Jaros, who introduced me to the wonder that is AF SUPPLY🤩 While initially doing her best to accommodate the original low budget I had in mind for my renovation, we searched high and low around the city. Nothing pleased me …that’s when I decided to go for It …. AF SUPPLY was my dream come true and I chose the most gorgeous 18 karat gold plated Faucets with crystal knobs that to this day, 25 years later bring me so much pleasure every time I turn on the water tap or take a shower or a bath. The selection is the classiest that you’ll find in the city if you’re looking for beauty and high-quality."

"This serves as feedback about my extremely negative experience with AF New York 22 w 21st st, I placed an order for three bathrooms, which included thermostatic shower sets for all three as well as toilets and all shower materials graff. The bill came to over 5 digits. Yet despite putting through such a large order, I received extremely poor service. In fact, significant amount of errors were made, and I was even charged $2500 for careless mistakes made by sales person Rozita. I trusted her and I’ve been extremely disappointed. Initially I placed an order of three total Toto rp toilets, and suddenly saw arriving three compact toilets. This first time the sales person replaced the order, with profuse apologies for her mistake . The second my delivery order came through I noticed that multiple items such as $800 drain was suddenly included despite the fact that I did not order that. In addition, dornbracht items had been added to my graff order, which were not part of my order. The order sheets that provides has only numbers and codes with no pictures so retail clients would not have a good idea of what they are purchasing, especially if they’re not technical.. I also had asked the sales person to order me graff incanto model shower sets, which I’d showed her on the computer she said she knew graff, clearly not: she ordered me 8 stop volume control valves instead of checking, and realizing that graff has multiple types of models and the one I was looking through was a shower system with panels with pass through valves. Overall she does not have product knowledge of graff. In order for me to save my master bathroom. I had to pay $2500 in return fees for them to correct the items for one bathroom. When I asked if I could just return all the items from AF and order them from Ferguson or another location the manager refused. Additionally the sales person appears to have her own agenda on what client should purchase. Is it even acceptable that sales people lie about PVC? Indeed she even started arguing with me that the drain for the Kohler bathtub was made out of PVC even though PVC has been banned from New York City since 2001. She also stated that all regular shower drains costing $50 had PVC in them and therefore I should purchase the $800 drain. Terrible terrible experience. Following these horrendous sets of lies having to pay thousands of dollars for careless mistakes and lack of knowledge, I was finally able to find Quality Bath, which is an online seller for the rest of my items and - Ferguson . Quality bath has been excellent, providing pictures and information of every single item and also very good support and return policies. Additionally, in hindsight, I could have purchased all my items from Ferguson. Will not be returning and I do not recommend going for these incompetent sales people Ultimately a business, which is not client focused with sales people who don’t focus on client needs, but on pushing their own agenda , are sloppy and have zero product knowledge is not going to survive. I suggest you go elsewhere"
