"My experience at the flagship store was exceptional! Greeted with friendly faces and and felt like I had more of a white glove experience at the flagship location. Stanley was able to help me find the perfect jerseys, Bryan did an exceptional job on the print job on the jersey in a timely manner, and Jacques was amazing at problem solving timing to ensure I was able to get out in time during a buy holiday season!"

"Tonight i was at the store shopping with my sister, and we were waiting to enter another store but then I found Nicole, she was nice, sweet and most of all human. She’s the best employee ever. I highly recommend to visit this store and find her immediately."

"I always loved shopping at this Adidas store whenever I was in Manhattan, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The staff was not nice or helpful.I had to keep two suits in different colours and couldn’t even return them because of a tiny makeup stain from trying them on — something that happens to every woman. Be careful, ladies.Even worse, the pants I bought ripped after wearing them only twice.I haven’t wear the hoodies yet is to warm for that,Most probably will happen same thing.I honestly can’t believe Adidas sells products with such poor quality. Even Shein products last longer than this! Truly disappointing."

"Magnificent experience. Superb service and layout. Great organization of themes, services, outfit and accessories across 4 levels. Walking area is spacious and designs are displayed beautifully. Love how there are restrooms located on each level and also a water tap. There are elevators as well to help with the movement across floors. They have the latest unique designs and colors here - sizes also aplenty. Definitely a good visit for sports fan and adidas lovers. Best flagship and collection in NYC!"
