"I just received my new tray from abc home. The colors are unreal! Rich deep saturated and somehow still calming. ABC just gets color in a way no one else does. So many inspiring pieces on their website. It makes me genuinely happy every time I see it. My friends will be jealous . ABC always knows how to bring beauty and color into a home. Up next a new sofa :). Thank you abc for always be there for us!"

"I purchased six sets of the Cutipol Goa flatware after loving a set my friend owned. Unfortunately, shortly after purchase, multiple pieces either melted or broke in my dishwasher. When I contacted customer service, I asked for a refund for the damaged pieces or the option to return all of the flatware. Both requests were denied. The company responded by stating that there were “no other complaints of this nature,” refused to send replacements or accept a return, and claimed that the damage resulted from “improper handling.” They suggested that placing the handles facing downward allowed the dishwasher’s rotating blades to strike them and that one piece showed signs of “excessive heat” and melting. This is especially frustrating because these items are clearly marketed as dishwasher safe on their website. I even provided a screenshot showing that my loading method aligns with widely accepted dishwasher placement guidelines, yet my claim was still denied. Given the price point and the lack of accountability, this experience was extremely disappointing. I was such a lover of ABC Home, but after this experience, I would not recommend this product or ABC Home based on the quality issues and the company’s response."

"My experience with Faisal was just wonderful. He has such a great personality that the experience was was really loads of fun. We joked and told stories and then he showed me one spectacular rug after another it appeared as if he could read my mind because every time I saw a rug that jumped out at me he already picked it before I did. The man is clairvoyant. I bought two rugs and I wish I could post a picture because they are amazing. I took two of them home and had the most difficult time choosing but I'm so glad I did. And while I had them both for a week or so I was able to call Faisal on his cell phone and send pictures of my room with both rugs and he and I were in agreement. I suspect the other reps are also wonderful but Faisal was just over the top"

"It’s one of my favorite stores for home goods. They have a wide variety of collection from glasses, plates, furniture, rugs to bedding. I love to come here after visiting the Union Square green market. It’s always fun to browse through the entire store. You will find something you didn’t know you needed in a corner somewhere here. I also love that they have both antique and contemporary items to make your home more homey. I do love their rugs, but most of them are quite pricey. I’ll come back for them when I’m a billionaire. Absolutely adore this store!"
