"I’m gonna go ahead and give this place 4 stars. I was really hungry and the staff was very nice and brought the food to my table. Despite the pictures, the burgers were juicy! and tender! But I just felt they were missing something? I wasn’t “WOW’d”. Not sure if I will return. But maybe the juicy tender flavor will linger in my mind… The fries were not hand cut, but still warm and yummy. A fry press would make take it to another level. Burger sauce and condiments were good, bread okay. Glad to see local businesses! A little on expensive side, but I’m sure overhead is costly too!"

"The burger was absolutely amazing. They bake the buns themselves and it was definitely worth a try and I don't regret it. The burger was juicy and delicious. They gave out gloves which was very generous. The fries I ordered were crispy and very good too. You can clearly tell they cook not just for the delicious taste but to insure this food is healthy. The service was amazing, all the staff were kind and respectful. Definitely will be having my lunch there 24/7 from now on. Love it!"

"Very nice clean establishment. Prices are a little on the higher side for what you’re getting. Coffee was ok wasn’t the best. Burger was ok and sweet potato fries portion was very small. Not worth it for the price and flavor. Customer service is outstanding however. 7th street burger down the block gives you more bang for your buck with fewer options. Hence the reason why they are always packed."

"One of the best burgers I’ve tried so far! I’m not a huge fan of burgers, but those were exceptional, not to mention the fries that came freshly made hot and perfectly soft inside. My sister ordered nuggets, which were great as well. Loved the idea of gloves, it’s such a small but important thing as well as friendly customer service, you dont see that in every place."

"I went to xo burgers since it had good reviews, and I was very disappointed with the visit. After about 4 minutes of placing my order with the cashier , I was told they were out of hamburger buns. They said they are made homemade and ran out since they were busy. I would think that they would have a enough bread to accomadate the burgers. They refunded my money in cash, although I paid with the card which is ok i guess . But i did find it odd that the cashier said their machine is not made to give refunds back to cards. I never heard of that before especially with a newly updated register. So instead, me and my sister ordered hotdogs with stale bread that was homemade. To top it all off, the Pepsi Zero Sugar, smelled and tasted really bad. At first, I thought it was the straw and I switched straws. It definitely wasn't the straw!!. I lift up the sodas to check the expiration and they were dated July 2024!!. We are in September 2025!! That is totally unacceptable!! The manager should really be on top of these things along with the employees. I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I do have to say that the employee was professional and kind and apologetic of running out of buns."
