"Service was ok ... I had a door dasher lock his eyes on me but it entertained my kids .. they loved it ... I had a good laugh .. the platino was cute too .lol food was average of course."

"White Castle isn't what it used to be years ago. It's extremely expensive, hit or miss with food quality. Forget about dinning in as this area is infested with homelessness and crime so beware if you're considering dinning in. On this trip, my milkshake was mostly foam, as if the machine ran out of product. The cup was light weight when the drive through attendant handed it to me. She knew there was something wrong and did not correct it, shame on her!. The Chicken rings were dry and the cheese sticks seemed over cooked and stale. 2 menu meals an 2 milkshakes, 37$ later, wow!!! On top of all that, I had a 20 minute drive through wait. Sad how bad this place turned out."

"I want to give a BIG BIG shout out to Mia and another gentleman so sorry I can't remember his name but will update later. These 2 individuals displayed EXCELLENT customer service amongst other things. My food was fresh and delicious and the restaurant was SPARKLING CLEAN even the restroom which left me very impressed being that most Fast Food Restaurant restrooms are poorly kept. Please keep doing what you doing your service has not went unnoticed. Thank You 🙏🏿"

"Clarke was a great help and had amazing customer service. Treated me right and made sure the food was hot and fresh. The manager was also really nice and helpful as well. She made sure the order was correct and ready in a timely matter."
