"Not only is the food amazing, when you get any type of food delivered they go the extra mile to ensure your food stays hot and fresh. They slit holes in any type of fried food packaging make sure the steam doesn't make your food Soggy. And when you dine in, they're super friendly. Love you guys"

"I’m very disappointed with the way my call was handled today. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me, seemed like she was in a rush, and had a clear attitude throughout the conversation. When I asked her why she was being rude, she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. I requested to speak with a manager, and she told me no one was available. At first, a man had answered the phone, but she refused to put anyone else on the line. When I asked for her name, she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I love the food here and order often, and I’ve never had an issue before. But with someone like this answering the phone, it makes me not want to call or place an order again. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and today’s experience was very upsetting."
