"This was my first time visiting the Venchi location in Union Square, and I was so impressed with the service Jaizu provided. She was welcoming, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The chocolates and ice cream were, of course, amazing, but the outstanding service really made this visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Venchi is an incredible chocolatier with a large variety of chocolate to choose from (not just hazelnut like some other brands). They have excellent fruit filled chocolates such as raspberry or blood orange as well as very tasty crème brûlée & stracciatella. As well as hazelnut & a variety of milk & dark in their mix & match section just to name a few. For around $56 per pound. They also sell a variety of bars from mini’s to a medium to a large 8 serving bar with prices ranging from $4.20 to $22.90. They also serve some amazing gelato. I went with the caramel pannacotta & stracciatella. Simply delicious. There is a small indoor area to enjoy your gelato as well as two small outdoor tables weather permitting. I’ve visited three times since finding this location & can’t wait to go back. Venchi is now my favorite Italian chocolatier. Give it a try & it might become yours as well."
