"This is a nice hotel with it being in a great location close to subways for travel. The rooms are small but hey it’s NYC. It’s an alley way that is covered in graffiti so you get that artist feel for it once you walk in you’ll see a modern look with artistic vibe. Check in was easy but I will say all the reviews about the AC not working are right. First night I was so hot and had turned down the heat to 65 the temperature kept climbing. So I opened the window until I was cold and then was able to sleep comfortably. On the next day I test it and put the AC on in the room and set it to 68. I left at 8am got back at 7pm and my room was 76. Idk for the price and having all those reviews be accurate you guys will get 4 out of 5."

"This hotel sort of seemed too good to be true with price, amenities, location, etc., and there's not much information online about it, so we were a little nervous that we got scammed when booking. Make no mistake, this is a bare-bones boutique-y hotel with minimal décor and small rooms, but for the price, especially during a busy holiday weekend in NYC, this was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and quiet, and we thought the free filtered water on our floor was a really nice touch. The hotel is in a great location – its very walkable (with the Subway nearby) and we always felt safe, even coming back late at night. The only thing I will note as a negative is that it is impossible to get ahold of the hotel prior to your stay. They have no working phone or email, and though it says you can text the hotel, we weren’t able to get anyone to respond to us. This led to us being a bit concerned about the legitimacy of our stay, but the front desk attendant was there and friendly upon arrival. Another item to note is that if you book through a third party booking service (for example, we did so through Chase Travel), they don’t have your correct email or phone number, so you do not receive the text/email you’re supposed to receive to check-in in advance. I’d recommend booking directly with the hotel for this reason. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"Incredible location, but everything else was overshadowed by one thing: I did not sleep for four nights. I booked one of the more expensive rooms specifically for peace and quiet. Instead, I was assigned Room 1407 — a decision that should never be made for a guest seeking rest. The room shares a wall with the elevator shaft. There is a constant mechanical clicking and relay noise at all hours. But the real problem is worse: the room sits directly beneath the building’s AC units, producing a persistent low-frequency vibration that resonates through the entire room, especially the bed. It’s the kind of noise you can’t tune out, no matter how tired you are. I raised the issue with staff multiple times. Nothing changed. No alternative offered, no real attempt to solve it. Breakfast was fine and the views are fantastic, but none of that compensates for nearly a week without proper sleep — especially at this price point. Avoid Room 1407 at all costs. And if you value rest, think twice before booking here."

"From start to finish we loved our stay at Untitled! The room we stayed in was cozy, but we didn't mind at all. For those who want more space, you'll want to make sure you book a larger room, but for two people who truly used the room just to get ready for the day and to sleep, it was perfect for us. Totally quiet in there which made for restful sleep. The staff was so friendly and we loved being able to grab some coffee or a pastry on our way out the door. Chic rooftop bar with great service and my partner liked being able to use the fitness area, as well. Props to the hotel for having a photobooth inside! This hotel was in the perfect location, as well. Close to the Lower East Side and within walking distance of bus stops and subway stops. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will absolutely book again!"

"Absolutely the best accommodations that I have experienced in NYC. It's a perfect location that is close to cool restaurants, bars and shops. Also easy accessibility to multiple subway lines. The rooms themselves were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although pretty small (we did a queen room and we also stayed in a larger king room), the storage made it easy for two girls with two 50 lb suitcases just fine. The coffee shop downstairs has yummy pastries and great coffees but the real gem is the rooftop bar. Absolutely the best view with excellent drinks. Do NOT miss the rooftop bar!!!!!"
