"Small but mighty hidden gem in Chinatown. The shop is filled with fascinating antiques, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and generous with their time. It’s my go-to place for one-of-a-kind gifts, unique home decor, or just pure inspiration. Even the packaging, from the bags to the receipts, feels like an art object in its own right."

"I was excited to check out this unexpected shop in the heart of Chinatown. The excitement very quickly turned to disappointment before taking even five steps into the store. From the start, the lady that was working was so incredibly rude and condescending under the guise of being friendly and helpful - a wolf in sheep’s clothing would be accurate. I have no issue at all with asking customers to sanitize, to place large personal bags in a designated area or asking customers to be careful handling items, etc. but the delivery was dreadful. I did continue to look through the store and overheard (it’s a small space) how she treated others as well…a couple of examples - a customer had a question about a watch of some sort and she spoke to the customer as if they were a child (customer immediately left the shop), and an applicant came in for an interview and after some odd back and forth about whether or not the applicant had a printed resume (this should have already been established when the interview was set up), she then said “Wasn’t your interview at 5:30?!” (it was about 5:45) insinuating she was late… the applicant defended herself and replied “I was told to arrive between 5 - 6:00.” How passive aggressive! It’s as if she delights in treating people this way and is looking to see how many negative reviews she can collect. In spite of the shop being cute and thoughtfully curated, the employee/owner? made the environment so uncomfortable that I had to walk away from purchasing the things I was interested in. I can’t support a business that treats people so awfully. I’m rating this shop one star for the set up and collection as the service was truly miserable. If you are a masochist and enjoy being verbally and mentally abused, you will enjoy this store! If you are looking to support a local business, with welcoming, kind and knowledgeable employees, take your $$ elsewhere!"

"Easily missed, small, and tight, with some very delicate goods, but, still, an absolute *treasure trove* of antique jewelry and other items, with kind and knowledgeable staff members 😊"

"Super friendly staff who was happy to talk about all of the items in the store. This is a good place to pick up a couple antiques or souvenirs, I had a blast browsing!"

"I had the pleasure of visiting Uniqulee in Chinatown last week, and as a tourist from Germany, I was absolutely charmed by this lovely vintage shop. The selection of unique products is truly special things we rarely come across in our everyday stores. The two young ladies who assisted me were incredibly polite and welcoming, making my experience even more memorable. They took such care in beautifully packing my purchase, which I greatly appreciated. When I visit New York again, I will definitely return to this wonderful shop. Thank you for such a delightful experience!"
