"They are Very Expensive and they charged me extra for delivery when I live in brooklyn when it says on their website it's a fixed rate of $3 they will charge your card extra money for delivery without you even knowing until the food shows up with the receipt. the guy didn't even drop off the food at the door left it in the lobby and left because their isn't any parking. it's NYC it's called double parking your car."

"Gave in my Thanksgiving turkey orded 1 week in advance for a 10lb organic turkey. They dropped off at my door a 15.5 lb turkey(and charged me without telling me) I called and they told me they can only send me a non organic one, which ended up being 12 lbs. With busy schedule, had to figure this out on day before the holiday. Plenty of places I could have went for good quality turkey. Instead I paid twice the price for low quality meat. I would not order another turkey from them. Unreliable"

"Absolutely top quality meat. Like most Kosher butchers, a bit pricier than your local supermarket, but it's absolutely worth it. Staff is very friendly and willing to help out."
