"Gross customer was being rowdy and difficulty to eat around. Shift leader Fahad was bold enough to tell this man he simply must go due to the gross ness of his actions. The man was being difficult and because of Fahads own boldness I had enough confidence to support him by telling the man “Ppease listen to the manager and leave they work hard enough, GO.” Then the man left after I directed him to the door. I love my location, I love the workers, and I love my Taco Bell. Thank you morning shift workers for all that you do"

"(NYC) For some reason ordering delivery from the Taco Bell app does not pick the location closest to your delivery address. This specific location gets chosen quite frequently for myself and it’s probably the worst one. My delivery driver is always waiting for them to prepare to food. I don’t know how this location specifically operates but it’s horrible compared to the other locations in the city. The food is always messed up in packaging or incorrect (veg/sub beans). I wish the Taco Bell app didn’t choose the restaurant location for you."

"I received really good customer services here by a worker named Pedro. I was having issues with the Kiosks not taking my order. He came from behind the counter, identified my issue, and immediately resolved the issue by calling customer service to fix the kiosk and he helped me find new items to try instead since one item was unavailable. He was very kind, sweet, and patient with me and made sure I was happy with my choices then made sure my food arrived to me promptly. Even strangers around us were complimenting him on how kind and helpful this man was. Thank you for your kindness Pedro! You made my day."

"This is real scamming place. Food taste horrible in NYC branch. And total bill always having hoiden charges. Check attached bill and U can decide yourself how the total can be match with the item have ordered. Once we asked from restaurant staff they its like that and said it due to the swapping of the drink with default one reflected in menu. We have ordered two combo items through restaurant kiosk and in kiosk menu it has prompted to choose your dink and can swap with the drink U like. But while choosing the drink it has mentioned it is a Zero charge. Which means its free of charge and U can swap with the drink u like from the list given while choosing. But when trying to checkout the total absolutely wrong and not matching. Refer my kiosk selection video I have attached."
