"Placed order at kiosk. As I'm waiting for my order, they tell me a item is unavailable. I asked for a refund of my meal. The manager gives me a hard time and tells me, I am wasting their food. After being in store for 15 minutes, she finally figures out how to issue a refund. That's half my lunchtime wasted, being berated."

"Very self serving kind of taco bell, seems like they want as little interaction as the customers do, and it works for everyone! We came at a pretty questionable time where this staff was going off at this presumably homeless guy who's been spending all his time at taco bell and using their resources, and it was definitely an event in its own right to see these two tough it out. Good food though!"

"Just a great taco bell. I really appreciate that they have plenty of self order kiosks. The pickup up area was neat and clean. I've never seen a better stocked self service area for condiments, napkins etc and the soda fountain area. I wish all fast food restaurants had their shet together like this one does. I live in Manhattan and will certainly be back there when I'm in the area."

"One of the best Taco Bells I have been to (including Taco Bell Tokyo), it is spacious and above all clean and not as crowded as others near Times Square, where they are usually dirty. The service is automated and fast delivery. The food is what you would expect from a place like this, but it is a good option for a quick and relatively inexpensive meal: 12 USD for 3 tacos and a large soda from a machine with a refill option."
