"Taste of Thailand and Exceptional Service. My husband and I were staying overnight in New York, having traveled from NJ for his surgery, and we decided to order delivery from Suross Thai—and we are so glad we did! The food was genuinely authentic and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Papaya Salad (Som Tum), Pineapple Fried Rice, and Pad Thai, and every dish tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. The person who took our order over the phone was helpful, and the delivery man was nice. It was such a comfort to have such a high-quality, delicious, and authentic meal delivered with such excellent service during a stressful time, very cold Sunday evening. We highly recommend Suross Thai!"

"I always come here for my lunch break and they always get the food out FAST! I’ve ventured multiple dishes (green curry chicken, tom yum soup with shrimp, and drunken udon noodle) but the Spicy Basil TOFU and rice has been my fav so far. Today I tried their signature beef noodle soup and loved it. Their chili oil made me tear but that’s good lol. That’s why they get 5 stars. Will be coming back!!"

"I remember reading that if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all. With that in mind, please ALL BE FOREWARNED!!! As someone in the restaurant business I like to give leniency. however if I could give zero stars, minus stars I would. The driver was almost 2 hours late. Furthermore, when I called the restaurant, they told me they had no ability to get another driver. To make matters worse, Grubhub and its infinite wisdom of speaking to a supervisor offered me $5 that’s right five dollars for my troubles of ordering over $150. Forget about the food being cold it was not only cold. Ordered crispy duck duck was raw. Ordered noodles mild they came pipping spicy. I could go on and on, but it truly left bad taste in my mouth because it’s the whole thing was horrible. not only for this place, but actually after the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on Grubhub this is how they treat us. Truly horrible. Maybe if you live upstairs, you’ll get it a faster delivery. Good luck and never again."

"This is my third time ordering from Suross and my first time dining in. I stopped in to get a much needed coffee and filling appetizer before going to see a show and the curry puffs were amazing. They give a big portion and when I got their noodles to go, they were always delicious, even after reheating the next day."

"This place always makes my visit feel far traveled as the atmosphere feels distant and satisfying. The food is distinctively fresh and NOT your average Thai experience. Limited space for some in but worth the stay!"
