"I honestly love this place. The reason I'm leaving a one star today is because of a new employee at the cashier that was unaccommodating and, frankly, rude. I have been picking up (Too good to go) meals every day for around 4 months from my favorite deli. I have always loved the lady on the cashier. She was the friendliest ever. Today I'm greeted by an old lady that could not be more inconsiderate. I asked her a bunch of times if the meal I was pointing towards was beef or pork. She proceeds to say "It doesn't matter. They're all cooked together." I told her it does matter to me, so can you please tell me if this is beef or pork. She never cared and then just gave me a random meal, which is policy, and I understand that. But I've always been very friendly with the staff, and they have always let costumers pick the meal (when another staff approached me he just asked me nicely which meal I prefer, which has always been the case!). She doesn't put any napkins or utensils with the meal. We come back asking for utensils. She answers: "It is not policy to give utensils with the meals." This is beyond just indecency at this point. I cannot imagine someone being this discourteous to the point of telling me they can't give me a fork after buying a meal from their shop. I am beyond disappointed and my only request to the owner if he sees this review. Please get the previous lady back. This is still my favorite place to pick up food. I am just disappointed."

"I have made a point to visit this place on every trip to NYC since I first found it in 2021. You will not find better vibes nor a better BEC. I’m very happy to see they’ve expanded into a little bar area and can’t wait to come back at night and enjoy a drink."

"We were looking for an inexpensive breakfast that would be filling, and this was the place. Excellent food choices and very flavorful. I had a Mexican omelette, which included a nice amount of jalapeño, onion and green peppers. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes and toast. All this for under half what you would pay elsewhere. You order at the front, then choose your table. Many locals seem to order for take out on their way to work. Friendly staff, clean tables, and nice decor in the dining area."

"Stopped in on a Tuesday morning for breakfast. It’s a busy place but the staff is super friendly and they have a great menu. I had a egg and sausage sandwich on and everything bagel and it was good. Coffee was good as well. Would definitely recommend for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat."
