"Disappointed for the last time! Keep your bland pad Thai and your cold curry puffs. I’ve eaten Pad Thai several times, I know what it’s supposed to taste like…don’t gas light me! Take responsibility for your coat cutting efforts by skimping on the sauce and sporadically sprinkling a piece of chicken in your curry puffs…there are too many delicious Thai options in the neighborhood for you to be treating loyal customers like trash. What’s so frustrating was that my very first introduction to Thai was Spice in the city, you became a chain and started skimping on your dishes! You don’t have to worry about me calling any of your locations or SEA ever again ✌🏾"

"Written on 10-07-2025 9:52pm. Spice has always been one of my favorite restaurants. For years now I’ve been loving both Brooklyn and Manhattan locations. Tonight I ordered for delivery. I ordered a stir fried salmon over rice as it was on the menu when ordering for delivery. I received salmon with mushrooms. I called to ask about this error, I am able to see that there is a dish on the menu with salmon and mushrooms. However, the stir fried salmon lunch special never has mushrooms in it. I ordered my meal and it arrived with mushrooms. Mind you, the lunch special was on the menu which is why I ordered it. They could have called me to let me know if it wasn’t available because maybe that’s why they sent me a completely different dish. I called to simply ask about this, kindly. She certainly did not care about my concern, she was rude, she told me that it was end of conversation without showing any understanding towards my allergy to mushrooms. Absolutely rude, don’t waste your time or money, it’s insane I always tip a HUGE amount when I visit this location to show my support. And this one time there couldn’t be any accommodations. After recommending this place to family and friends and being a loyal customer for many years, I’ve decided to not show my further support. Absolutely a let down. I ordered my stir fried salmon with spring rolls and did not even get the spring rolls and in the description it did not say that there is mushrooms in this dish. They did not even call me to let me know about sending a different dish. I wish I can talk to a manager about how rude she was and how she handled this situation— raising her voice, passive tone, no manners, she did not handle this situation well at all. She could have at least pretended to care, after all she works in customer service. I always tipped them greatly but I will not be supporting this location anymore. Save your time, money and visit the location in Manhattan! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ALLERGENS. They’d rather get sued than to show sympathy."

"Came for a date night. Loved the intimate atmosphere. Looking forward to outdoor dining next time. I had fried rice with chicken, which was delicious and filling. I had leftovers. I drank plum wine, which had a perfectly sweet flavor."
