"Poor customer service experience I called to order three pizzas. The young lady asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. I told her it would be with a card, but first she gave me a total of $84 as if I were paying cash. When I confirmed it would be paid by card, she then told me the total was $98. I mentioned that they were charging more than the tax allowed by the city and that I preferred to cancel the order. At that point, the employee became rude and hung up the phone 📞 without letting me speak or confirm the cancellation. Customer service should be respectful. When a customer asks questions or wants to clarify a charge, they should not receive a bad attitude. The young lady did not allow me to speak 🗣️ and ended up hanging up without saying that the order was canceled. Very disappointing. Saturday at 12:30 pm"

"Absolutely amazing! The pizza from Romeo’s Pizzeria was cheesy, loaded with fresh veggies, and had the perfect crispy (but not overdone) crust. Everything was cooked to perfection! The homemade mozzarella sticks are to die for, seriously the best I’ve had. There’s a reason they’ve been around so long; they’ve truly perfected the pizza experience. Delivery arrived over 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. 10/10 Highly recommend!"

"This pizzeria is down to earth with fantastic food and prices. I am shocked how good the food is with such prices. Calamari is so fresh, Parms and pasta are fabulous. I highly recommend!"

"This place is 100 times better than L’industrie Pizzeria (overhyped spot by TikTok) and the kicker, you don't need to wait in an hour line!! Grandma's pizza is amazing here! I forgot to take a photo of it, but the next time that I'm NY, I'll be stopping by here for that. Thanks again for the fantastic service and the amazing pizza!"

"I was expecting more of a modernly designed interior due to the way the front looks. Inside it’s just a regular pizzeria. Arrive was how any service in a pizza shop is. Fast and to the point lol. But the stuff was not rude in anyway. I’m not a fan of pizza, especially in queens. (I’ve been let down many times) but my bf suggested I give it a whirl. I ordered the grandma slice. Wow! Best Sicilian slice I’ve had in a long time. I went back two days later for another 😂"
