"I loved these Baos. I had the the Pork Belly and the Brisket Baos. The pork belly was tender, juicy and with kimchi was a great bite. The Brisket was perfectly done and very crave able. I will definitely be following there appearance schedule and will be visiting this truck again."

"The mushrooms were super crispy and that's about the only positive thing I can say about the bao. The bao bun itself wasn't as soft as it should be. The size was disappointingly small. The mustard seemed to be smeared on as an afterthought. And there were no shredded fresh vegetables on top... Just some sad little pickles. Definitely not worth the price."
