"Rudest customer service I've ever seen in my life. Saturday evening 130am refusing to make my order for 3 different uber delivery drivers that received it, as it was never delivered. Actually argued with me on the phone claiming it was picked up, as I waited in hotel lobby for 45 minutes. It was 2 3pc chicken tenders and your management team decided to make a fight over a $24 order. Such a disgrace. Will never be back here or any popeyes location. Check your people"

"Having eating here for the past 3 years and 2 times over the past 2 nights. I have to say that their chicken trumps Popeyes in Asia. Chicken meat was tender and the crust and skin very crispy. I ordered the 4 piece combo and the biscuit stands out fresh, crisp and aromatic. Even when I showed up at 0245hrs on the morning, the taste was the same as I ordered 10pm the night before. Good job guys Tip : though they say close at 0400. Better be there before 0300hrs"

"Service was up to par so was the atmosphere. But I’m extremely confused by the portion sizes of the sides. I wish I weighed the sides to see how much they really weigh. Chicken sandwich was kinda cold as if they were made and just sitting there. I feel like as advertised on Popeyes website is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT."

"I just needed to get something to eat fast so I can go back to the hospital to wait for my aunt to come back from an ultrasound. I got the 2 chicken combo. They gave me two large pieces of chicken but I asked for coleslaw and they gave me fries. I also asked for seltzer and got Sprite. The interior is nice and clean."

"I recently ordered pickup online to their Fulton location. The first order was perfect. The second time I ordered the 4-piece classic signature chicken, I received two thighs and three drumsticks. I’m a Popeye’s fan and just love their chicken but don’t appreciate what they did. One of the chicken drumsticks was pink and the meat was hard, not soft and juicy like the others. I made another online order for the same items and did pickup. I had a 3 minute wait for the fries which didn’t matter. The service was excellent!"
