"I visited this place for the first time yesterday between 5:00 and 6:00 PM and had a really great experience. I was helped by a male staff member who provided outstanding service. He took a lot of time to explain the menu, gave thoughtful recommendations for my bowl, suggested sauces, asked about my preferred level of spiciness, and offered additional toppings like sesame seeds and nori strips. I felt very well taken care of and genuinely welcomed, which is why I happily left a larger tip. We returned today again between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, but were served by a different staff member. Even though I mentioned again that I was new, the experience was unfortunately much less personal. I was not asked about sauce preferences, spiciness, or additional toppings, and the standard sauce was added without checking first. The interaction felt more rushed and less attentive compared to my first visit. The food itself is good and the concept is solid, but the level of service seems to vary depending on who is working. Consistently attentive service like I experienced during my first visit would easily make this a five-star place."

"I had such a great experience at Poké Bowl! Bern and Angel were absolutely amazing!- friendly and helpful with my order. The food was exceptional, and the tuna was as fresh as it gets. Everything tasted perfect! I’m so pleasantly pleased and will definitely be coming back soon."

"pokebowl is my go to spot for poke! they’re always consistent, fresh, and quick. love that you can customize your own pokebowl to your liking as well. their cracked rice, however, has got to be my favorite. the rice is so perfectly fried & crispy and i love the combination of having fresh fish on top! so worth it for the price too :’)"

"I went to this location at 8:55pm. There is only one person in there. She was so impatient and tried to ignore me. Rushing me to order which is very rude. Before I looked at the menu, she already asked me what size and what proteins. She was trying so hard to ignored or rushing me and gave me attitude so I could walk out the store. When I was still on choosing proteins and she already asked what I want for topping. Finally, we finished ordered. I realized she didn’t even put the sauces on my bowl and it tastes plain. She told me only took go at this time. No dining.. there is still one more hour before it actually closed. She is so ready to go home. The management team please see this review otherwise this location will be close soon. The worse poke bowl that I have ever gotten from your company !"
