"I’ve had ongoing issues with one particular cook here—no matter how clearly I give my order, it often comes out wrong or missing something. What’s especially frustrating is that I usually don’t discover the mistake until I’m home and ready to eat. With food prices being what they are, it’s disappointing to spend money and not get what you asked for. This could easily be avoided if orders were written down more consistently. I genuinely want to keep supporting this place, but the quality control has to improve. The management has to be stepped up as it's not fair to the customers."

"I was inspired by going to this deli after watching “You Are What You Eat” on Netflix. I had to try a few items on the menu. First it was a wait to take your order. That’s when I know the food is good because of the crowd. However the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lines moves very fast. I ordered the vegan chopped cheese and vegan bacon eggs and cheese on a roll. I took it home and I am so pleased with the flavor. Everything was delicious. I am now vegan. I recommend this spot for vegans. The store was well organized and fully stocked. Great atmosphere from the staff. I gave five stars."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE, MY FAVORITE BODEGA IN NEW YORK CITY!!!!!! It has a lot of options, more than your average bodega, and very very very vegan friendly. They have Plantega vegan ingredients like chopped cheese and it’s the best vegan chopped cheese I ever had!!!!!!! I really love it here."
