"Decent selection of toppings. I love seaweed and don’t often see it offered. The purple rice is hearty. The sauces are good. Small bowl enough for a light lunch. 13.50 with tip n tax. Not the best place to stay and eat, loud fan sound and only 3 tiny tables."

"By *far* the best acai bowl I've found! And I'm always trying new acai bowls... ...It includes *everything* other places charge extra for, and it's fresh, hearty & better portions than anywhere else. I've been coming here for poke bowls for years (best options on poke bowls I've found, too), but didn't realize they had acai until recently. Huge bonus: the staff is so helpful, kind,, and just lovely. They always smile & are helpful,, even though they're always swamped. Even better: I was eating my bowl outside, and the sun had begun to set and was in my eyes. I didn't mind, but one of the staff noticed, came out and offered to lower the awning! He made my experience even better!! Five stars!! I go back at least once a week, more recently since I discovered their acai bowl!!"

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Piki Poke for quite some time, and it has always been one of my favorite go-to meals. The food quality and consistency have generally been excellent, which is why I’ve ordered from them so many times. Unfortunately, today’s experience left me very disappointed. 1) I specifically selected the option to “include utensil,” but no utensils were provided; 2) Two of the tuna pieces were extremely tough, filled with sinew, and practically impossible to chew. This is unusual compared to the quality I normally expect; 3) Most concerning was the presence of what looked like leek or scallion in my bowl, even though I did not order it. Since I am allergic to all members of the onion family, I couldn’t be certain which parts of the bowl might have come into contact with it, and I was forced to throw away nearly half of my meal out of caution. This was not only disappointing but also potentially unsafe. I share this feedback because I genuinely want to continue supporting Piki Poke as a long-time customer, but I also hope the restaurant can provide a proper resolution/compensation and take extra care in food preparation moving forward. A mistake like this makes it very difficult to maintain the same trust I’ve always had."

"I really liked the individuals who work here. I visited August 2, 2025, at 9:30 pm. They were friendly, patient, enthusiastic and just incredibly pleasant. I ordered two bowls. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. But I was extremely disappointed by how little protein the bowls contained. Considering we paid $30, I truly believe there should have been substantially more protein. I don’t plan to return. - Diana"
