The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. "Employees are friendly. They are so enthusiastic if you are first time to the store, you can even try out the flavor of the sauce and taste the freshness of the food. This is kind of new food which is the combination of Chipotle and sushi. Foods are fresh, and they also have Raman and Açaí bowls, definitely come back for second time"

"Was excited to try after reading all the good reviews, but save yourself the trouble and make your way to Pokeworks or Poke Burrito both on 30Ave. Salmon was not fresh (not fishy tho, no taste and poor texture). Seared tuna tasted worse than dry chicken. Proportion of rice was too much compared to the toppings. Not a good experience."

"I recently tried Piki Poki, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly. The poke bowl I had was fresh and absolutely delicious definitely one of the best I've tasted. The place was also very clean, making it a pleasant experience overall."

"If you are looking for place with good vibe and great food, check this one out! Poke bowl & acaii bowl both are fresh, very fulfilling, taste 👍👍👍👍👍 lots of options and worth every penny Service was very quick yet everything is always put beautifully on my plate. I’ve tried dine in, take out, delivery, everytime piki poke always hit it! I’ve seen family with kids, fdny, gym people and senior here. No doubt about their freshness and quality Staffs are very friendly and very attentive. This place is probably the most underrated in Astoria. Definitely a hidden gem"
