"I remember when my mother would bring me here as a child when they had waitresses to come and take your order. Oh how I miss the good ol' days. Now, I wouldn't eat out of here if they were giving away the food. Health department 🚨 need to come and close the doors permanently."

"Very nice place for lunch. Great variety, and the food tastes very good. Rather cheap also. You pay by weight. The only thing I don't like much is that they only have plastic disposable cutlery. But despite this, we go there often for lunch with colleagues."

"Service is good. Food is always great. Place is always clean. Even when I come in late before work, they are still polite enough to let me sit in & eat. I love this place!"

"Honestly the salmon wasn’t done. When I bit into it I was so grossed out and it tasted so fishy. The service was good but that was about it. The chicken wing I had tasted old but the veggies were good. Unfortunately I wont be returning"

"This restaurant has been a mainstay eatery for many years in downtown Newark. They offer an extensive hot/cold self-serve buffet (by the pound) or you can order a meal at the counter from their extensive diner type menu. Sit down to eat at one of their many tables or take-out. Counter service is friendly and efficient and the dining area is clean and spacious. Prices are comparable for the area and meal serving size is filling. The entrance is handicap accessible and there is metered street or pay/lot parking."
