"This is my restaurant when I'm in Harlem. However, since establishing a new management, it's a missed—match. Some day the food is "sooo" good, other time, horrible! Today I was unfortunate, perhaps, the chef was off, which made the food tasted like an unwanted nasty oatmeal, and the priced HIGH. combined this with the lowest customer service, and what you get is a food and service disaster. Maybe I'm be dramatic, but my experience left a bad taste— I never want to repeat. Another issue, clients' seatings was compromised with unpaid guests, making my visit even worse. One great thing: there was a take out options. Enjoy."

"I ordered the dibi lamb on my last visit and it was flavorful, but a little tough. The fries did not taste fresh (probably because they were cooked in an old oil). Also, make sure to call before coming here because the restaurant is not open 24h. REVIEW FROM 5 YEARS AGO: I love the grilled fish with fried yams. I wish there was more consistency in the size of the alloco slice though. I also love the salad, mainly because of the dressing. I would not recommend the dibi nor the leg of lamb as they are overcooked. The staff is friendly, but the service is lacking. Patrons can be too loud and the restaurant can benefit from a renovation."
