"You get what you pay for. If you consistently go to just one of the barbers, don’t expect much acknowledgment from the others — they mostly keep to their own clients and tend to ignore everyone else. If you’re just accompanying someone, the experience can feel a bit uncomfortable. There’s not much effort to make anyone feel welcome unless you’re in the chair. The space could definitely be cleaner. While I was waiting, bits of chopped hair from someone getting a cut actually blew into my face. It gets everywhere."

"If you don't really care what kind of haircut you get as long as its shorter, then this may be the place. Cheap and felt even rushed. the haircut is awful, and communication was very poor. I vaguely said just cut just a little bit and he cut off almost 5 inches on his own decision and obviously I could not open my eyes during the cut to see otherwise hair would fall all over my eyes. I've always had really bad experience with barbers who put your bangs back BEFORE AND AFTER cutting. You literally cannot see how the bangs were cut at all, but after you put your hair back to normal the bangs look AWFUL. Not only that, the part around the ears is really bad as well. Unfortunately this haircut basically ruined my life for the next few months."

"I don't know what people with 1 star reviews expect from a $7 haircut barbershop, but the haircut was definitely good and quick. Just showed the photo as an example of what I wanted and received a good result in 10 minutes. The place is not sparkling clean, but again, I came for a haircut and not for the environment."

"This is a very traditional Shanghainese barber shop💈.If you want a quick, affordable $7 haircut without high expectations, this is a place to go. But if you are looking for a 5 star service as an enjoyment, or planning to turn yourself into a K-Pop star, this might not be the place for you. FYI, the waiting time might be longer than the time they actually cut your hair. Cash Only!"

"Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent prices. Regular haircut on August 2022 $7.00, if you wash your hair W/shampoo $10.00. The missing star is for the size of the shop and the wait may take up to 30 minutes."
