"This place was great. The food was top notch and service even better. Sat down and our table was rocking a bit, without even asking the staff came over and fixed it. Service was pretty quick. Will definitely come back and eat here. Only complaint I have is the tip options on the charge machine were 18%, 22%, and 25%. There should be the standard 20% option imo. Pretty small issue but I wanted to mention it."

"I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a series of recent experiences at your restaurant, which used to be one of my all-time favorites. 1. Excessive Wait Time on My Birthday (July 22): On my birthday, we waited over 40 minutes (was bot a peak time tho) for our sushi. Instead of an apology, we were met with a sarcastic remark from the staff and were only offered a complimentary salad or soup. By the time the food arrived, we were already late for our next destination. 2. Attempted Use of Discount Cards: A few days later, I attempted to place an online order using one of the many $10 discount cards I had received from your restaurant. I scanned the QR code from the card and placed the order through your website, which was still functional. 3. Inconsistent and Unclear Communication: Despite accessing the website successfully, I was told over the phone that your website had been “shut down” and that my discount was no longer valid. This was not communicated to customers beforehand, and I was confused as to why such a decision wasn’t transparently shared. 4. Unprofessional Customer Service: The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and borderline rude. When I politely asked why these discount cards were still being distributed if they weren’t usable, I received no explanation—only a cold “there’s nothing I can do” attitude. 5. Order Cancellation and Emotional Impact: Due to the poor service and tone of the conversation, I ultimately cancelled my order. I’m very saddened by this entire experience because your restaurant used to be a place I genuinely loved and recommended to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve customer communication and service moving forward."

"Date with the Gf and I would recommend this place for the vibe. Food is decent, nothing to blog about, but the customer attention and the atmosphere is comforting. For casual dining yes. 🙇🏾‍♂️"

"I walked in expecting a spectacular Japanese experience and was a bit underwhelmed to say the least. Sushi was good but Japanese curry and Katsu Donburi were just average. Lacked flavour and was too salty for me. Shiseido peppers were also just okay.. their ambiance is definitely very Japanese and you can sit in the booths (without shoes) but I’m not sure I would return for food."

"Celebrated my husbands birthday here and from the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who anticipate your every need without being intrusive. As for the food, it's simply outstanding. From the first bite to the last, every morsel is a delight to the senses. The sushi was phenomenal, didn't get the chance to take a photo though."
