"Wanted to try a new boba place and came across modern tea. Super refreshing drinks, we had the mango jasmine green tea and the lime green grape drink. Will definitely come again to try out the other flavors!"

"The best way to describe this boba is "mid". We came at about 3;30 on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy. We ordered at the computer kiosks and there was one person ahead of us. Nonetheless, is still took a fair amount of time to get our order...maybe 7+ minutes. What was interesting is that I saw our drinks come out ahead of the person prior to us. They got their order and rather than call us, the staff went on to do other things. It took them several minutes to come back to the counter to call our order that was just sitting there. Odd, and hence why they were lowered for service. In terms of food quality, my daughter (who is the aficionado) said is was just "mid". It was on the watery said indicating they are likely to use a condensed milk versus a cream to create a richer, thicker taste (which she prefers). She always gets the brown sugar, which is her standard to compare against. Atmosphere was inside a small space with three vendors. There wasn't really seating, although I guess you could stand and drink to avoid the elements outside. This vendor was at the front and two other vendors were behin it. It was not very clear as I saw a few patrons appear confused about where to go."

"It’s was me and my family first time here and first time I got boba it’s was so delicious it’s was brown sugar boba with whipped cream and pecans. Then 20min later we went back and got two more boba and got a strawberry tea slush 100% sugar I would definitely recommend going here.. gentlemen rlly cute and sweet.❤️❤️"

"super cute establishment next to port authority. got a fresh peach tea and watched the owner hand muddle peaches in front of me. super generous with the toppings and great service, would recommend a stop before ur bus trip!"
