"As someone who work in fast food . I was disgusted when I was eating my snack wrap and noticed how chewy and pulling the chicken was. It was not the crispy snack wraps as they were years ago. It was like eating rubber when it came to the chicken. When I unraveled the wrap , you can see it was barely even cooked. Their customer service was just as horrible as their quality."

"We stopped here regularly to get drinks and sit down and watch the crowds in Times Square. It’s reasonably clean, including the toilets. However it’s hard to understand why they don’t have a screen showing order numbers that are ready. Instead the staff has to keep shouting out numbers to the crowd of people waiting."

"I had a really disappointing experience at this location. First of all, the setup doesn’t work for the volume of people coming through — it’s in the middle of Times Square but completely unprepared for the crowds. There was no system in place to manage lines or assist customers, and the few employees behind the counter were overwhelmed and unresponsive to questions, directing everyone to the self-serve kiosks. The food was subpar: stale fries, chewy chicken nuggets, no ice, and no ketchup or sauces available. To make it worse, no napkins were stocked, and the bathroom had no soap. Basic things like cleanliness, condiments, and customer service were just missing entirely. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend avoid this spot."
