"I came to this mcdonald’s earlier today and it was quite busy, which means many orders were being called out at once and there were lots of people waiting around the pickup area. My number gets called out and in the 2.5 seconds that it takes me to walk from where i was standing to the pickup bay, the woman working there decides that my order is not allowed to be put down on the counter where at least 20 other orders were and locks it inside a box, i’m standing there watching her out it away and am a bit unsure of what has just happened, i wait by the box for a few minutes to see if maybe she realised my order was incomplete and was waiting on additional items, but she never adds anything else so i ask her to retrieve it for me in between her calling out numbers and she stands there and lectures me about how i shouldn’t wait ages to get my order and should have gone when she called it, i then proceed to tell her that actually i did go as soon as she called it, she just put it in this box before ever placing it on the counter even though every other order was placed on the counter. she then rolls her eyes at me and waves me off. I found this really upsetting as i didn’t do anything wrong and instead of her just giving me my order she had to stand there and lecture me even though she was the one who made the mistake. I feel as though every other place i’ve been to in new york has had excellent service and was quite upset by her actions. I don’t know her name but she had short hair so be ware of her!!! she will hide your order from you and lecture you when you’ve done nothing wrong :(("

"This location is convenient, clean and fast service. Staff is very helpful, Darnell customer service is top notch, so attentive, helpful and friendly. Very happy with my dinner meal. Thank Darnell 🥳!"

"Absolutely horrible. You can not go in between the hours of 2-5pm . Wild school kids . You see them picking fights with customers security does nothing . If the school kids don't take your order when # is called . They should enforce other restaurants in the area way of handling this like shake shacks . No school kids between 10 and 17 with out adult . They usually stop them at the door . I even seen these kids open up peoples bags and take stuff . It's so jammed pack with them you can't even turn around. People definitely don't even notice half the time. Don't allow school kids at the door. 10 of them buy one burger not worth losing customers during prime time . It's just getting worse as 2025 comes to an end .this place also has no drive threw. Is not open 24 hours ."

"Clean and nice inviting atmosphere at this McD's location in the heart of the Theatre District. Didn't know they had two options for pies which included their original apple and now blueberry pie. Get a break when you buy a pair."

"McDonald's never fails me. The price was so affordable, and u could get big portion food. But remember, always order from the McDonald's app & choose the rewards or deal. This morning, I ordered buy one get one bagel & buy one get one breakfast. In total, I got 2 bagels and 2 chicken biscuit. I only spent $10.87 for all of the food, which I believe u would be charged hire in other restos. The place was clean, plenty tables and there were restrooms for male & female. This McD was also close to the woodbury bus station, so u could grab before leaving to Woodbury yeah"
