"This McDonalds should be reviewed by corporate as it’s a very poor reflection of the brand. Walked in on a Saturday night at 5:30pm. Knew something was not right as there were 15-20 people standing around at the counters. Placed order in kiosks and no machine was accepting credit card. Got ticket and waited on line for 10 mins to pay in cash. Waited 25 mins and no orders were sent out. I left - food paid but abandoned it. They were clearly overwhelmed with food service deliver orders, ppl walking in to place orders, just couldn’t keep up - no semblance of any process or customer service. Ppl were getting frustrated understandably. Will surely not be returning."

"I’m really disappointed with my recent order from this McDonald’s. Several food items I paid for were missing, and it completely ruined the meal. It’s frustrating to spend money and not receive what you ordered — especially when it’s not the first time this has happened. I tried to contact the restaurant, but there was no helpful response and no attempt to fix the issue. Quality control and order accuracy seriously need improvement. Please train staff to double-check bags before handing them out. I expect better, and I hope this location takes customer concerns seriously going forward."

"Over one hour for takeout for an iced coffee. Where then I went full-blown lunatic and screamed at the poor manager and over worked staff (heart felt apologies) who advised me she could not shut off Uber eats or DoorDash. Clearly, this is part of the problem . The order machine was spitting out yards of order tickets. THIS IS A GREEDY OWNER, WHO DOES NOT DESERVE THE VOLUME OF BUSINESS HE HAS. NOTE: THIS IS THE FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN ON LINE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! I am tired of owners not being present and leaving that volume of work to people that are probably tired and underpaid"

"A female staff member was smoking at the corner of the restaurant, creating an unpleasant smell. Her attitude seemed unprofessional—unhelpful and unsmiling. Management should consider hiring additional staff, as the restaurant is busy and employees appear overworked. Most staff are helpful and nice. Services are very slow and more cleaning is needed. Bathroom has no toilet paper. Garbage cans are full."

"Why do you even hand out table locators if you’re not going to use them? I waited 25 minutes before checking on my order, and-surprise-it had been sitting there cold on the counter for over 20 minutes. Fantastic system. Really impressive Your staff completely ignored me. I was literally holding my receipt in front of them, saying I’d been waiting almost half an hour, and they just walked past like I didn’t exist. In the end, I had to go behind the counter and grab my food myself, because waiting for someone to pass a bag from one meter away was apparently too much to ask And by the way, just take a look at how this burger was assembled. Beautiful, right? Since it was already cold and the cheese had hardened, it was impossible to even fix it or put it back together. Enjoy!!!"
