"Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Staff was extremely rude and accused me of vaping in front of a whole crowd when it was just a ketchup packet. Food came out cold. Horrible experience would not recommend. I also saw rats running behind the kitchen counter."

"The interior looks fresh and clean, which is nice. However, there weren’t many staff members, so the service was quite slow. Overall, the experience was okay, but the wait time could definitely be improved."

"“How do you feel about dating?” is just one of the unprofessional comments I overheard from a security guard on a private call. This is a family friendly review, so I’ll leave out his more grittier remarks. As for the food, I don’t know what happened to McDonald’s but something happened and it’s not good. This is the first time I ever got McDonald’s fries fresh out the grease that were trash. To spend $4.19 for a medium! fries and not finish it, let’s you know how bad they were. (IMO, Wendy’s hot & crispy fries are the best ones on the fast food market.) I was wondering why my order came out to $11.41 when the second Big Mac was for $1. The Big Macs were so unremarkable, I wouldn’t even have eaten another one for free. I always order McD’s burgers “well done” to avoid having a cold piece of cheese with edges sticking straight out; but they must have figured out my life hack because the cheese edges were barely curled. Overall, unless there’s some magic lotto numbers related to my purchase, it was just a bad decision on my part to eat here. This review is really 1 star. The second star is because one of the cleaning employees held open both doors for me, as I exited. I doubt I’ll ever be entering again though."
