"The drive-thru is excellent, the cashier and managers are great, there's just one big problem: the kitchen staff sometimes send out cold food and give you fewer fries with your order, and sometimes they change your order and make you go back to exchange it. Otherwise, the service is excellent."

"This place makes me consider moving closer just for easier access. The prices shown include everything. The restaurant personnel are notably cordial, helpful, and observant. The value in portion size is impressive. The restaurant shows professionalism."

"I've been coming here for a while and I can't come in here anymore. The entrance smells like urine for weeks, the staff is grumpy. Coffee can take 20 minutes of you don't say anything. The tall, skinny, flamboyant guy is rude and does not want to help ANYONE ever. The upstairs is always closed off, and they sit their feet and butts on the delivery pick up shelf to take breaks."

"This is a disappointment. I ordered a Happy Meal box with Hello Kitty toys, and they gave me a discontinued Sonic toy. Many will say it's a good thing or exclusive, but it's false advertising. Be careful what you order. 😡😤🤬"

"I made a mobile order for nuggies and fries. Fries were fresh. Nuggets were dry and like warm. First time ordering from this branch. The person that was handing out deliveries had no hair net nor gloves. Long hair and long nails - I’m hoping they were front counter only and not food handling. He also had an attitude with people changing orders (extra milk & ice requests) . The girl on the picture sat there for the entire 10 minutes I was waiting. Leaning over and hooked g another staff member. I find it unhygienic as the food is placed on the counter for couriers."
