"I tried the beef shawarma and falafel, and both were amazing! The beef was juicy, tender, and full of flavor, perfectly grilled and well-seasoned. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside really tasty! Friendly service, clean place, and fair prices. Highly recommend it!"

"Amazing food and lovely staff. I usually order the delicious falafel platter. Today I tried the Mansaf; a Jordanian specialty. Lamb shank over saffron rice with roasted almonds and parsley. The plate comes with cardamom flavored hot goat yogurt sauce. A delicious plate that takes in split of seconds to Petra and reminds you of the authentic Jordanian hospitality. Thanks to Osama and all the stuff for bringing smile and joy to the upper east side."

"2/5 ★☆☆☆☆ A Complete Disappointment! it's not worth \$15, believe me I was looking for a proper shawarma and found this place with a high rating. How disappointed I was when I started eating! There's almost no meat inside—it's just emptiness. The potatoes were tasteless and bland, as if they were cooked yesterday. There were no sauces whatsoever, not even the classic garlic sauce or some ketchup. And the most frustrating part—there weren't even any basic fresh vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers! You can't call this a shawarma—it's a mockery. One of the worst shawarmas I've had in my life. I'm giving 2 stars only because it was vaguely recognizable as food. My foot will never step in here again."

"Went for Lunch on a Saturday. Got the Lamb and Beef over rice. Take note the Lamb and Beef are mixed in together and cannot be separated. Comes with rice, salad, white sauce hot sauce. Total came out to be around $19 and change. Quite steep for a lamb over rice but it's Manhattan and they have a real shop and ingredients are better. Overall, not a bad place to eat once in a while or if you're craving some Shwarma."

"So this place opened up and flopped in my eyes immediately. A new owner took over and thank god for him. The food has improved immensely. The kofta (lamb and beef option) is a must taste as an Egyptian saying this I vouch for how juicy and tasty this is and now my favorite on the upper east side. I love the rice they’ve chosen to make instead of the plain boring Turkish styled white rice I’ve come to see from most middle eastern places."
