"I come here often and only have discovered this place about 2 weeks ago. Which should tell you a lot because I’ve been here at least 5 times! The pho is very good. I have tried spicy pho and regular beef pho and both dishes are chefs kiss. Not to mention, the ambiance is aesthetically pleasing and the service is fast and exceptional. Definitely recommend for a wonderful pho experience."

"One of the best tasting pho in the NYC metro area. Flavorful, not overly salty, hearty broth. Beef was tender and thinly sliced. Very easy to chew and eat."

"There are days when the world feels like it’s pressing its knee into your chest. When emails pile up, the news cycle is a slow motion car crash, and the cold Jersey wind cuts through whatever optimism you had left. And then thank god there’s soup. Kung Fu Pho isn’t trying to reinvent anything. It’s not chasing clout or TikTok virality. It’s just doing what a good pho joint should do: feeding people. Nourishing them. Reminding them that life can still be simple and good. The portions here? Absurd. Generous. Borderline heroic. A bowl the size of a mid-sized planet arrives, steaming like a baptism. Thin slices of beef drifting in a broth so clear you can almost see your reflection in it tired eyes, sure, but suddenly hopeful. Green onion confetti, noodles with that perfectly uneven chew, a little plate of bean sprouts and basil like a small garden someone just yanked from the earth for you. The broth tastes like someone gave a damn. Hours of simmering, not shortcuts. Deep, honest flavor. You take your first sip and you remember why you go out to eat in the first place not for the Instagram, not for the check-ins, but for that quiet, almost spiritual moment when hot broth hits a cold soul and reminds it to keep going. This isn’t fancy. It isn’t curated. It’s real. And in a city where people pay $19 for a salad that tastes like paperwork, sitting in front of a massive bowl of pho built with care, priced with mercy feels like an act of rebellion. Kung Fu Pho delivers exactly what you want on a day you don’t want much from the universe: Huge portions. Deep comfort. Delicious, restorative simplicity. If you’re in Jersey City and need something true, something grounding, something that warms you from the inside out, just sit down, order a bowl, breathe in that rising steam, and let it do what it’s done for generations: Bring you back to life."

"If you would like to get an excellent Pho soup this is the place for you. It has great selection of the items. The food is flavorful, portions are large and the service is very efficient. The prices are also very competitive. The atmosphere is calm with enough space for larger groups. I’d recommend this place without hesitation."

"Absolutely fantastic pho spot! We ordered the Pho Bo Vien and Pho Bo Sate, and both were outstanding—but that Sate broth was next level. Super fresh, perfectly spicy, and packed with flavor. Plus, the portions are generous—easily enough for a couple of meals. From order to pick-up, the whole process took under 10 minutes, making it a great option for a quick and delicious meal. It’s a discreet little gem right across from Taqueria Downtown, and definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!"
