"The workers REFUSE to give no onions as an option for their food. I ask them please, they say okay, and the food servers give onions anyways. This is the third time its happened. I am allergic to onions. This some of the worst customer service Ive experienced."

"Well, my credit card got charged for $25 but it never came. I don't want to contest this charge with my credit card because it will black list them. I've lived i this community for over 10 years , ad this is just incompetence. Whatever dude, enjoy the $25."

"I ordered 10 pieces of fried chicken for my kids and they couldn’t eat it because it was not fresh some pieces were uncooked and smelly. I called the restaurant for a refund or to change my order, they wanted me to bring it to the store so they could give me a new order.. I ordered delivery and they refused to send me the new order with the delivery guy. They re-fry the chicken many times and don’t change their frying oil judging by the smell of their food."
