"I recently had the chicken biryani at Joy Indian along Flatbush Ave, and it was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the spices were perfectly balanced. I would definitely recommend this biryani to anyone looking for a great Indian meal in Brooklyn. The chicken was cooked in a dum style, which means that it was sealed in a pot with the rice and spices and cooked over low heat for a long period of time. This results in a very flavorful and aromatic biryani. The rice was basmati rice, which is a long-grain rice that is perfect for biryani. It cooked up perfectly fluffy and light. The spices were perfectly balanced. There was a good amount of heat, but it wasn't too overwhelming. The flavors of the spices were all perfectly complemented each other. Overall, I would highly recommend the chicken biryani at Joy Indian along Flatbush Ave. It is one of the best biryanis I've had in Brooklyn."
