"Delicious! The spicy fried chicken is very juicy, tender, and flavorful. It has a nice kick to it. Good fries. The pineapple drink is a great balance to the spice."

"We placed an online order for Jollibee while we were about 12 minutes away. Reading the reviews, I thought that I should place it earlier because people mentioned that the location is busy and can take a while. My sister and I both got a 2 pc Chickenjoy with drinks. My sister got one side, and I got two sides. I ordered the mashed potatoes large and mac and cheese, and my sister got the adobo rice. For my drink, I got the pineapple quencher. We do not have Jollibee near us, so I wanted to get a bunch of different items. We walked to the location and went inside to pick up our order and eat. When I went up to the counter, there was a worker there who was packing orders, but was doing it very slowly. I watched for a couple of minutes before letting them know that my order was sitting right there on the counter. I got the food, and we went back to sit at a table. The Chickenjoy comes with a brown gravy, which is savory. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the breading has a nice crunch to it. The biscuit was pretty average but it was delicious dipped in the gravy. The mashed potatoes were good, and I liked that there was potato skin in it. The mac and cheese was interesting- very creamy and light. The adobo rice had a nice flavor to it. The pineapple quencher seemed to just be pineapple juice, but it was good. I paid about $15 a person for the meals, which is a little expensive for a fast food meal. However, due to its unique offerings, I was okay paying that price. Overall, we had a great time here and enjoyed the food a lot."

"Walking into Jollibee in Times Square felt like stepping into a pocket of pure, ketchup-red happiness tucked between towering billboards and flashing LEDs. On the east side of the square, the restaurant was easy to find. The moment I walked through the door, the energy hit me: sizzling fryer hums, the scent of golden glory drifting through the air, and smiles as bright as the Broadway marquees themselves. There are 4 ordering kiosks right inside the door, so ordering was fast and easy. The Chickenjoy arrived piping hot, wearing a perfectly crisp golden crust that practically crackled like applause when you broke into it. The spices in that crust deserve their own standing ovation with warm savory notes, a peppery wink, and just a hint of a kick to make each bite feel like a tiny firework. Inside? Juicy, tender, and delightfully indulgent. And interestingly, not really greasy. The staff here deserve medals shaped like tiny smiling bee faces. Every interaction sparkled: friendly greetings, helpful suggestions, and a genuine enthusiasm that felt contagious. The Filipina was working hard filling online orders but managed to greet and update everyone on their orders with great warmth. In a part of Manhattan where most customer service leans more toward hurried survival mode, this crew delivered warmth like it was on the menu. The atmosphere is pure Times Square: buzzy, crowded, a little chaotic, and absolutely charged with energy. Lines can get long and seating is tight, but instead of feeling stressful, it almost adds to the theme-park feeling. Fun fun. Jollibee in Times Square is more than a quick meal stop; it’s an adventure wrapped in crispy breading and served with a smile. The food is delicious, the spices inside the crust are bold and unforgettable, and the staff make the experience feel like a celebration. Pro tip: visiting a bit off-peak increases the chance of a straight-from-the-fryer masterpiece."

"This place serves delicious food! The general energy of the place is lively, there is always a high turnover of food. Service is efficient, however the seating is limited. I especially enjoyed the barbecue chicken—mmm delicious! The biscuits are also moist, yummy and delicious! The one thing that I disliked about this place was the lingering smell of pee wafting from the bathroom area. That interfered with my experience. This must be addressed immediately! I had been to Jolibee’s before, the smell of pee was not an issue. For a place that’s always had a line and a rotating door— fix this issue! This place would have gotten a higher score if the smell was not there. I’ll be back."

"The food was delicious and staff so kind and friendly. There are some really unique offerings here. The chicken was so juicy and tender and the peach mango pie was so good it will make you want to slap your gritsy ganny. One of the better fast food biscuits I have ever had... just saying. The only thing I have to complain about is available seating and lack of signage. It was difficult to find and there wasn't enough seats for the amount of people trying to enjoy the great food."
