"This Jacob Restaurant delivers exactly what its concept suggests. The staff was also very good. They serve a wide range of dishes that taste freshly made. I return repeatedly because they maintain quality. I discovered this impressive place via review sites."

"This place has great service and is a staple for the community I believe. But tonight I think I may have gotten a bad batch of food. I’m not gonna lie. I’m a little bit disappointed because my total for my plate came up to almost $35. For one plate and I don’t know if it was sitting out for too long, but it turned my stomach and unfortunately, I threw up wasting the $35. In specific what I ordered was the white rice, the collard greens, the mac & cheese, the yams, the ribs and the oxtail. Now I didn’t grab a full serving of these items. I only got small samples because this is one of my first time trying this restaurant. The staff was nothing but kind, friendly and helpful and truly have a passion for hospitality. I just think that this was not a good batch, but that shouldn’t deter you from venturing out and trying."

"OK, the quality of food and freshness really give it a 5 but this is a soul food place with lots of food but hardly any of ut is Soul. That being said food taste great. If your there for longer then a few minutes trays are replaced. It is a bit pricey but for good and fresh food.... really....can't be beat."
